Yesterday I did the new One on One with Tony Horton workout - Fountain of Youth. I LOVED this workout. It is yoga and about 45 mins long. I was sweating like crazy - hard to believe that holding poses can make you sweat like that. One thing I do know - I still can't do a good half moon LOL!!! I need to work on that one for sure. Yoga really does make me feel so good! It makes me calm down for a little while and really relieves stress.
