really, really beautiful

I hope you had a fantastic 4th.  We had a blast! (pun intended...)

I'm having more computer issues, so I may not be able to post as much as I would like, hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I finally got the mouse issue resolved and now I am having memory problems. GEEZ, enough already.  I put a call in to my favorite computer guy and hoping that he will be able to fix me up!

The holiday went by WAY to quickly for me, but we are back to our regularly scheduled programming today!

Tuesday night we headed to the lake and met up with friends and family for a fun night of fireworks on the lake. " It was beautiful, really, really beautiful."  quote from my Madelyn...

Mads is not feeling well and she watched the fireworks in between taking little snoozes.  She wasn't a big fan of the loud noises, but surprise of all surprises, she like the pink and purple ones best....  She did get to hang with Cole again and they had fun swimming and being on the boat.

Me and my badazz sunglasses :)

Most of my boys....

back of the boat - troublemakers

front of the boat - more troublemakers

Wednesday, we hung out at the lakehouse as long as we could and then headed back to the house for a family fun night.  Dinner and fireworks!  Chase cooked the food,

some of it was dropped.... of course, he would drop the veggies..... never fear, he didn't drop them all!

Mads is still not feeling well, but she was a trooper and hung in there with us.  She didn't love the fireworks, she's over it already!  She did like the "turtle" fireworks best.

Chase had a flat tire when all the fun was over, so he and Jake had a chore to take care of

It was a good day and I am so thankful for all those that serve and protect our country.  A HUGE THANK YOU to each and every one of you past and present.  Especially my baby brother!
